The Process Modernization and Enhancement team has been established to create better efficiency
and effectiveness in administrative processes to better service to our customers.
Several staff members have been assembled from across the division of Finance and
Administration to perform the review of processes in the division. These individuals will
work in teams to review and propose changes to existing processes with members of the requesting
department. It is our goal to emerge from this process a more effective and efficient division
able to provide the best services possible to our customers.
