Visitor Parking
Welcome to the University of Idaho!
We hope you enjoy your visit to campus. We would like to inform you of the visitor parking regulations in order to assist you in having a positive experience on campus. Please review the following information prior to your visit and call (208) 885-6424 if you have any questions.

Visitor Parking Permits
The following is a list of available Visitor permit products. All products are available for purchase at the Parking Office located in the SUB for $2.00 per day.
- One day visitor permit: valid for one day only
- Two to nine day visitor permit: valid for up to nine days, valid only for dates specified on permit
- Ten day visitor permit: valid for ten non-consecutive days, to be valid each date of use must be written with pen in boxes on permit
- Thirty day visitor permit: valid for thirty non-consecutive days, to be valid each date of use must be written with pen in boxes on permit
Visitor permits are NOT valid in the following areas:
- meters
- timed spaces
- reserved spaces
- service or delivery spaces
- disability spaces (except when a state issued disability permit is also displayed)
- anywhere on the campus walkway system
- any area not designated as a space
Overnight Parking
Overnight parking is allowed in all purple, silver and green lots. In addition, overnight parking is available in blue lot 60 on Sweet Avenue and blue lot 30 at Facilities Services. Overnight parking is NOT allowed in any other blue lot, as well as all gold and red lots.
