Please note that historically, Gold permits do NOT sell out; Red and Silver permits do not sell out until after the semester begins; Blue permits never sell out; Purple permits will not be limited and will not sell out this year; Green permits never sell out.
Parking and Transportation Services utilizes EDC/AIMS, a third-party software, for our parking management system. The use of third-party parking management software is typical for college campuses. This software facilitates and tracks permit sales; manages customer, vehicle and citation databases; and interfaces with the University of Idaho payroll and Banner accounting systems. We have very recently migrated to a new version of AIMS software, and due to the significant change in structure from the previous version, we have experienced some minor problems that impact online permit sales. We ask for your patience and expect to have these recent bugs worked out soon, so that online sales are running smoothly soon.
