University of Idaho vs. Utah State - November 28
TRAFFIC PLAN

Vehicle access to west Kibbie dome parking
lots will be via Stadium Drive, from
6th Street. The entry to west dome parking lots at Perimeter Drive will be
closed. Vehicles that enter Stadium Drive and are displaying a valid football
game day parking permit, or a Disability permit will be allowed access to west
dome parking lots; all others will be re-routed and directed to general parking
areas (on-street parking, and lots directly south of 6th Street). The Vandal Trolley will operate a pre-game shuttle service. The Trolley will make continuous loops around the west side of campus and the Kibbie dome. The Trolley will drop off on upper Rayburn Street, at the southeast corner of the dome. The Trolley driver will be happy to pick up anyone walking to the game who wants a ride. Waive down the driver to request to be picked up. |

PARKING PLAN
| All west Kibbie dome parking lots, including the parking lot west of the Law building require a valid football game day parking permit, or a Disability permit; access will not be allowed without a permit. Valid permits include Disability permits, University Club, Vandal Scholarship Fund (VSF) 1, VSF2, VSF3, RV permits, University of Idaho Vandal Cards, and Lot 24 permits. University Club and Vandal Scholarship Fund permits are issued through the University of Idaho Ticket Office (885-7212). |

Disability Parking
Vehicles displaying any valid Disability permit may park in the designated disability parking area on the upper southwest end of the Kibbie dome. A University of Idaho Disability permit is NOT required to park in the disability parking area on football game days.
University Club Parking
University Club (UC) permit holders have a numbered parking permit that corresponds to a numbered space in the parking lot on the southwest side of the Kibbie dome. UC parking area will open 4 hours before kick-off time, vehicles are not allowed in this area prior to that time. These permits are issued through the University of Idaho Ticket Office (885-7212).
Vandal Scholarship Fund (VSF) Parking
VSF permit holders have designated parking areas as shown on the game day map. VSF 1 permit holders may park in VSF 1, 2, or 3. VSF 2 permit holders may park in VSF 2, or 3. VSF 3 permit holders may park in VSF 3 area or General Parking area. VSF parking areas will open 4 hours before kick-off, vehicles are not allowed in this area prior to that time. VSF permits are issued through the University of Idaho Ticket Office (885-7212).
RV Parking

There are 3 "levels" of RV parking on game day.
Reserved Power RV Section - located between VSF 1 and 2 parking areas on paved surface. RV's in this area have access to power via generators. Those parking RV's may park one car in the space with the RV. Those joining RV parkers for tailgating activities must park elsewhere. RV's will be allowed access to this area beginning at 5 p.m. on the Thursday prior to game days. To reserve a space in this area contact the University of Idaho Ticket Office at 885-7212 or go to the Ticket Office webpage.
Reserved Non-Power RV Section - located directly north of large gravel lot (lot #57) west of the Kibbie dome. Those parking RV's may park one car in the space with the RV. Those joining RV parkers for tailgating activities must park elsewhere. RV's will be allowed access to this area beginning at 5 p.m. on the Thursday prior to game days. To reserve a space in this area contact the University of Idaho Ticket Office at 885-7212, or go to the Ticket Office webpage.
General RV Parking Section - located directly north of the Reserved Non-Power RV section. This section is non-powered and is first-come, first-served for a weekend fee of $50. Upon arrival, individuals must locate fee box in the southeast corner of the RV section and submit payment as directed. RV's will be allowed access to this area beginning at 5 p.m. on the Thursday prior to game days.
Student Parking Area
The student parking area is located in the far west section of the large gravel parking lot west of the Kibbie dome (lot #57). The student parking area will open 4 hours before kick-off, vehicles are not allowed in this area prior to that time. Students will be allowed to park in this area upon showing valid Vandal Card, the number of vehicles allowed in this area will be limited due to space (approximately 110 vehicles); no additional vehicles will be allowed in this area once full. Overflow parking for students is the General Parking area.
General Parking
General parking areas open 4 hours before kick-off for parking on game day. General parking is free and open to the public. See the game day map for locations of General parking. All lots and streets on campus, not subject to restrictions for game day are available for general parking.
PRE-GAME ACTIVITIES and TAILGATING

Parking lots open for parking tailgating activities 4 hours before kick-off

No post-game activities are allowed in parking lots

Glass bottles are not allowed, all beverages should be in aluminum cans, plastic bottles, or paper/plastic cups

Individuals who interfere with the enjoyment of others by the use of loud, abusive language and behavior will be asked to cease behavior or leave the event

Parking in university lots is limited to one vehicle per space; vehicles, furniture, or other items blocking other vehicles or lane access will be towed or removed

The university reserves the right to prohibit access to any vehicle

Vehicles may be left overnight in university parking lots on game day only; all contents must be secured and stowed, the university is not responsible for lost or stolen items

Campfires/bonfires are not allowed; burning of any sort is not allowed in university parking lots

Take pride in the University of Idaho campus by cleaning up the trash in your area before leaving the parking lot; trash bins are located throughout the parking lots

Help reduce waste on game day by recycling your items - volunteers will be collecting recyclables in the parking lots on game day
