Banner Finance Users:
A change in procedure is being implemented for
requesting new, or changes to existing, approval queues, budget and FORMS
ACCESS. We are implementing a single point of contact for changes to your
finance profiles and approval queues. A new Finance Access email address
has been created for all these requests
finaccess@uidaho.edu.
Please use this new address rather than the individuals you have
contacted previously. Upon requesting a new
approval queue a form will be emailed back to you for the initial setup.
For changes to approval queues simply mail a request for the change to the
email address. For changes to your access please have your supervisor
approving your access send those requests to the same address. We hope that
this will increase the response time to your requests as the email will
reach multiple individuals in the DFA Systems Group.
