Fisher, Calvin Trillin, Michael S.Sanders, Ruth Reichl, and others take us on their culinary journeys at home and abroad. Here’s a class with all the fun of a college literature course but without the hassle and term papers! Bon appetit and bon voyage!

Instructor: Carol Price Spurling, a lifelong bookworm, is a former bookstore manager and has a master’s degree in literature.
