University Holidays
Classes will not meet May 30 or July 4.

Fees
Class fees, payable in full at the time of registration, are listed with each class description. Please note that some classes have special materials and/or equipment fees payable at the first class. These special fees are also listed in the class description.

Refunds
Refund requests and withdrawal from classes can be made in person at the Community Programs office or by telephone, (208) 885-6486. Refunds for check or cash payments take approximately two weeks to process and will be mailed to you. Refunds for credit card payments will be credited to the cardholder’s account.

Refunds are given, less a $5 processing fee ($25 for classes priced $100 or above), if you notify our office at least one working day before the class begins, unless otherwise stated. If the class is cancelled or discontinued, the $5 processing fee does not apply.

After the first session, no refunds will be given for classes with three or fewer sessions. Partial refunds are given only for classes with four or more sessions, if you notify our office before the second class meeting. A $5 processing fee, plus the cost of the first class session, is charged on all partial refunds.

Cancelled and Discontinued Classes
We do not like to cancel classes and often hold classes with low enrollments. But when it is necessary, attempts are made to contact the registrants before the first class session. We regret any inconvenience that may be caused.

Schedule Changes
Conference Services and Community Programs reserve the right to combine or reschedule classes, and to change instructors if the need arises. Every effort will be made to accommodate students who are inconvenienced by such changes.

Special Needs
We want to make your experience in lifelong learning as accessible as possible. If you require special assistance to participate in our classes, please call (208) 885-6486 for information. Disabled parking facilities are available on campus. Please call the Parking Office at (208) 885-6424 for more information.

Parking
Permits are required to park on the UI campus between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. A car displaying a visitor permit may park in any regular space, but not in Handicap or Reserved, No Parking Zones, or meters without paying. Obtain these permits at the Visitor’s Center, 645 W. Pullman Road. Permits are not required after 5 p.m., but all other restrictions apply. Please call the Parking Office at (208) 885-6424, if you have questions. During the summer parking regulations are enforced in Gold and Green lots only.

Severe Weather Cancellation
Whenever possible classes will be held according to schedule. Occasionally when inclement weather or other emergencies require us to cancel classes, the decision is made by 3 p.m.. If you are in doubt about whether or not your class is going to meet, call us at (208) 885-6486. In the event of instructor illness, our office will make every effort to notify you by telephone.

FAX Registration
Day or night you can fax your registration to (208) 885-7983. Be sure to include your credit card number.
