Old Fashioned, Home Cooked Italian!

Italian cooking at home can be much more satisfying
than opening a box of spaghetti and pre-made sauce.
Surprise your friends and family by learning how to
cook Italian dishes from scratch! This is a handson,
vegetarian-friendly class emphasizes traditional
flavors and ingredients. Be prepared to participate
in creating and eating aromatic, enticing dishes with
others! Please bring a $6 supply fee to class.
Instructor: Hope Smeltzer, a vegetarian for over 14
years, enjoys preparing and savoring dishes from
around the world.
Date: Saturday, June 17, 1–4 p.m., 1 session

Here’s a great introduction to the art of Japanese
cuisine! Learn how to create delicious sushi while
experimenting with all sorts of sushi fillings and
learn how to make a Japanese salad using seasonal
ingredients. This is a vegetarian class and mostly
organic ingredients will be used. Please bring a $6
supply fee to class. As this is a hands-on class; dress
accordingly and come hungry!
Instructor: Hope Smeltzer has been cooking
vegetarian cuisine for over 14 years and loves sharing
her knowledge of good food with others.
